Currently our Creative Team is seeking to add a UI Graphic Designer to the team to support Nuna Baby Essentials in creating seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable digital experiences for users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
UI & Web Designs:
- Develop user interface designs that prioritize exceptional user experience by understanding user needs and behaviors, creating intuitive, clean, and efficient interfaces.
- Lead with a mobile-first approach to plan and execute premium, unique designs, intuitive, easy-to-use online experiences and designs.
- Implement and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across UI components
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and maintain consistency across platforms
- Independently manage and deliver projects, including product interfaces, websites, and marketing assets.
- Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Ensure all website content you publish is up-to-date and accurately reflects critical product information.
General Design:
- Design beautiful, premium pixel-perfect graphics for omnichannel marketing, brand, and sales needs; including organic social media, digital advertising, website landing pages, catalogs, print marketing, and on-product collateral.
- Leverage data and brand direction equally to inform strategy and solutions.
- Collaborate with Brand, IT, E-commerce, and Digital teams to identify opportunities to optimize content performance and elevate user experience then execute, test, and iterate solutions.
- Apply animations and motion to designs and layouts.
- Occasionally assist in light photography editing (product and lifestyle) and file formatting as needed.
- Translate conceptual and strategic ideas into artistic graphic design solutions.
- Design ambitiously, with a command of typography, composition, messaging hierarchy, and balance.
- Collaborate with other designers to give and receive thoughtful feedback.
- Ensure visual brand standards are met across all projects.
- Cultivate visual excellence and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Keep up to date on best practices and advancements in tools and resources.
- Stay current with design and art trends, inside and outside of the retail world and used platforms.
Other:
- Successfully organize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment with superior attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications
Experience & Education
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in graphic design with a focus on web/UI.
- Degree/Certification in Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Portfolio that showcases web and user-facing product interfaces. It should represent a proven eye for successful, premium digital and print graphic design, and demonstrates a strong understanding of layout, typography, and artistic styles.
- Experience working in a multi-region/global consumer industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technology
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD or Figma or similar.
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML/CSS)
- Experience with Magento and DotDigital highly preferred.
Other
- Ability to work extended hours as business needs warrant; may include nights and/or weekends.
- Up to 5% travel possible as business needs warrant.
