This is NOT a remote position.
This position requires an employee to be physically present in our beautiful Century City HQ office three days per week and remaining time at our Torrance Warehouse office.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Flynt Management Group LLC, home to all HUSTLER Brands, is seeking a diversely experienced Senior Graphic Designer to conceptualize and execute a wide range of visual graphic designs across the entire spectrum of marketing outlets. The Senior Graphic Designer will create compelling visuals assets that inspire and captivate our audiences while accomplishing required business objectives and will strategically combine knowledge and skill of visual design elements to develop aesthetically appealing assets for the wide spectrum of HUSTLER brands. We are looking for an exceptional, experienced, and an energetic individual to join our marketing team who is ready to become an integral part of our historic organization celebrating its 50-Year anniversary this year.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and edit various visual assets supporting multiple brands (e.g. HUSTLERHollywood.com, HUSTLERUnlimited.com, HUSTLERMagazine.com, HUSTLERNewsstand.com, and others).
  • Design and edit various visual assets supporting multiple marketing initiatives (e.g. Website Banners, Marketing/Advertising Banners, Email templates, Newsletters, Social Media assets, Web Page Templates, Landing Pages, Printed marketing collateral, Stationary marketing collateral, Presentation Templates, etc.).
  • Understand and translate multiple brand-specific business requirement needs into compelling visual assets which focus on customer engagement, customer retention, new customer acquisition, and brand loyalty.
  • Implement Direct Response elements into all graphic design assets.
  • Follow and learn platform specific design requirements that promote and support visual needs of each FMG brand and across entire spectrum of customers journey in all marketing outlets.
  • Follow established brand guidelines specific to each aforementioned brand.
  • Introduce new and innovative design concepts and ideas using latest design technologies, current design trends, tools, and/or software.
  • Collaborate in a courteous manner with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-department team members maintaining highest level of professionalism and subject matter expertise.
  • Follow-up, follow-through, and meet project deadlines providing timely responses to all involved parties.
  • Support development and other teams as needed.
  • Execute other duties as designed.


Responsibilities :

Minimum REQUIRED Qualifications

  • Must understand elements and nuances of Direct Response marketing and design.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in all areas of design outlined in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities section. Portfolio of work will be evaluated to assess these skills.
  • Expertise knowledge in tools and software that are required for creation of necessary design assets, including but not limited to Photoshop, Adobe Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, etc.
  • Expertise knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design, UI/UX, and production management.
  • Understanding of programing and coding in order to understand limitations of technologies.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills, proactive and problem-solving skills, possessing a can do attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Every other Friday Off schedule. Yes, we have a three-day weekend every other week.

    • While our offices are a strictly professional environment, due to the nature of our business involving explicit adult content, certain roles may be exposed to such adult content while performing job functions.
  • This position requires the ability to sit at a desk for an extended time period.
  • This position requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 20lbs.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • This position may require work outside the standard office workday hours to meet the expected deadlines.
