Summary/Objective
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for collaboration with several marketing functions to concept and design Lippert Components marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, point of purchase, displays, logos, catalogs, and spec sheets. This position will be involved in creating campaigns that provide an instant, positive impact on the consumer through promotion of Lippert and all of its affiliated brands. All designs and artwork must strategically utilize the established brand standards while contributing to the vision of Lippert.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and other digital assets.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all materials, ensuring that all designs adhere to company guidelines and best practices.
- Design and produce materials for events, including posters, banners, and other promotional items.
- Work with the web development team to create visually engaging and user-friendly website designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and design software to ensure that our designs remain current and competitive.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and project requirements.
- Provide design support for other departments as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve design skills and stay informed about industry best practices.
Working Conditions:
- On site; Office located in Elkhart, Indiana
- Primarily working indoors, office environment.
- May sit for several hours at a time.
- Prolonged exposure to computer screens.
- Repetitive use of hands to operate computers, printers, and copiers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Art or related field of study
Essential Functions:
- Produce high-quality visual designs from concept to execution, including those for desktop, web, and mobile devices at a variety of resolutions.
- Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Create and implement tailored design solutions by understanding and responding to client needs and business objectives.
- Present design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive visual experience across platforms.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time salary position, and hours/days of work are decided by your reporting manager.
Travel:
Travel is minimal and would be primarily local during the business day.
