The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a visual design professional to join our Marketing team as a Senior Graphic Designer based in our Portland office.


How you will have an impact at TPG

The primary role of the Senior Graphic Designer is to create digital and print materials that promote sales, service, sales professionals, and the TPG brand. This individual will leverage deep expertise in graphic design, styles, and layout techniques to develop high-quality collateral on tight deadlines, ultimately contributing to the organization’s overall success.


What a typical day in this role looks like:

  • Create print and digital assets, including ads, sales presentations, event materials, and infographics, ensuring brand consistency
  • Partner with Marketing, sales, and service teams to develop and execute creative projects
  • Design and maintain templates for sales and service professionals using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Integrate AI tools for efficiency and stay current with design innovations and trends
  • Support brand consistency and integration, particularly during mergers and acquisitions
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables by refining visuals, incorporating feedback, and preparing files to meet print and web standards

Key details

Location: Portland, OR; in-office with hybrid remote opportunities (minimum 2 days onsite)

Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri

Salary Range: $75,000-85,000 annually (DOE)

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.

Travel: Some local travel with occasional overnight trips scheduled well in advance (such as visiting other TPG offices)

Requirements:

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer (minimum 5 years)
  • Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts, or marketing, or related field
  • Expert proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and PowerPoint
  • A design portfolio showcasing completed digital and print design projects
  • Creative with a strong eye for detail, layout, and aesthetics; skilled in logo, infographic design, and using photography (stock and in-house) to convey messages and maintain brand tone
  • Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal), appreciate accountability, and take personal satisfaction and joy from their work
