Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on a broad range of clients and projects, including digital, print, branding, animation, and more.
- Develop a deep understanding of client brand guidelines to enhance their brand with unique, creative approaches.
- Provide strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Execute projects creatively from concept to completion.
- Collaborate effectively and work independently as needed.
- Learn quickly, maintaining an engaging and positive approach to challenges.
- Remain agile as priorities shift.
- Uphold high standards for quality and accuracy while managing budgets under tight deadlines.
- Stay up to date with current trends in design and marketing.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of design experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
- A bachelors degree in graphic arts or design, fine arts, advertising, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong portfolio with samples of print and digital campaigns that display a solid understanding of brand
- Knowledge of brand, design theory, typography, video, digital platforms, content
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines concurrently
- Integrity, passion, talent, and a can-do attitude
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
