About the role: Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic self-starter to join our influencer team. The ideal candidate is social media savvy, passionate about the health and wellness space, willing to think outside the box, and driven to help scale our Influencer program. This individual will be required to drive the Influencer channel strategy that supports the Marketing Department KPI’s, as well as performance marketing metrics and revenue. They will develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns and strategies, including creative content ideation, talent selection, rate negotiation, contract management, asset organization, and performance reporting. This candidate will also spearhead the gaming /new-age digital influencer strategy for the brand to increase awareness in new demographics. They will work alongside cross-functional teams such as Social, Partnerships, Activations, and Brand to create disruptive and engaging influencer content that highlights the brand equity pillars and supports the Brand Team’s goals. The ideal candidate “lives and breathes” social media, follows the latest trends in the wellness space, and is eager to work in a quickly growing fast-paced company. Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to: Develop and Execute Influencer Strategy: Create and drive influencer strategies aligned with marketing goals, acquisition & affiliate goals and KPIs, including awareness, reach, impressions, and revenue growth. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) engaging target audiences and enhancing brand visibility. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Partnerships and Activations to develop integration strategies that support Marketing and Brand Team OKRs. Collaborate with the Social, E-comm, and Brand teams to create dynamic campaigns that drive both brand awareness and business performance. Agency and Influencer Management: Own and manage relationships with influencer agencies, including data platform agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Manage influencer outreach, ensuring the selection of influencers aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging. Develop initiatives to engage communities during seasonal moments and maintain an always-on evergreen strategy. Campaign Management and Execution: Lead quarterly reviews of the influencer program, identifying best practices and areas for growth to meet department KPIs and revenue goals. Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, engaging, and aligned with strategic objectives. Develop and manage contracts and budgets for the macro influencer channel. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance using relevant metrics and tracking tools. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and drive future campaign success. Event Planning and Community Engagement: Organize influencer-focused events to foster relationships with the brand. Leading end-to-end creation Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, sharing insights to optimize influencer strategies. Incorporate trend analysis into campaign planning to ensure innovative and effective influencer marketing approaches. Program Scaling and Growth: Manage the outreach of new influencers, focusing on expanding content and EMV KPIs to scale the program. Identify opportunities to scale influencer strategies and develop tactics to maintain a high-performing, influential influencer network. Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. A minimum of 4+ years’ experience in influencer marketing required, preferably within the CPG industry. Startup Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up-to-scale-up environment. The expected salary range for this position is $73,800 - $110,800 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
