Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Influencer Analytics based in New York City.
The role:
You will increase brand desirability and resonance through critical reporting of all communications activity, both paid and unpaid, to evaluate and support the ongoing evolution of the brand’s communication strategy and tactics.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where influencer marketing is essential for building connections and driving engagement, you will leverage analytics to evaluate performance daily and drive reports both project/event-based on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. This role will be focused on finding insights that fuel full funnel influencer strategy and tactics to fuel resonance, and relevance.
- Lead the insights on all multi-faceted communications activities, including but not limited to influencers and affiliate influencers, to improve the desirability and resonance of the brand - increasing reach, engagement, consideration, and conversion.
- Manage VIP/influencer/affiliate influencer partner performance through gifting, events, paid partnerships, special access, and relationships
- Support influencer campaigns from ideation and pitching to campaign execution, including paid engagements and special partnership integrations. Support evergreen influencer partnerships for both influencer sharing and owned assets (organically shared, digital, and media).
- Monitor influencers and influencer trends and consumer conversation through influencer partners on analytic platforms, both always-on and campaign/event-based.
- Provide data and analysis to maintain brand as a top 25 influencer brand amongst competitors, sharing results both with team members to drive strategy and tactics, internally and externally.

- Up to date on industry trends, up-and-coming celebrities, influencers
You have:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data analytics in influencer/social/PR/communications/analytics/consulting or related experience
- General knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry and media landscape
- Understanding of industry influencer performance benchmarks
- Experience building and managing dashboards
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong project management skills. Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasker and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary: $100,000-$115,000
