The Marketing Analyst will analyze competitors, develop data collection methods, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Forecast and track marketing and sales trends by analyzing collected data.
  • Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, and other specialists.
  • Design and evaluate methods for collecting data, including surveys, opinion polls, and questionnaires, or obtain existing data sources.
  • Analyze competitor data, including pricing, sales strategies, and distribution methods.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communication strategies.
  • Support the creation of executive-level reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine reporting narratives and recommend future campaign optimizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and swiftly resolve data discrepancies.
  • Structure and analyze A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics and reporting.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, data cleansing, index matches), and MicroStrategy.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing campaign analysis.
  • Data visualization and root-cause analysis expertise.

Preferred Skills:

  • Case management experience (3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of statistical A/B testing methodologies.
  • Agile project management experience (2+ years).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in presenting insights and driving optimizations.
  • Must have experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and tools.
