We are in search of a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join us in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania. As part of this role, your main focus will be handling marketing content and digital assets through their lifecycle in our internal systems. This includes our web content management system (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) system. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and process requests from our Marketing Management team and Sales and Operations using internal systems
• Review and improve company content on our website through regular audits
• Streamline and develop processes related to digital asset management
• Maintain and update data on map provider websites, as well as resolve any issues found
• Purchase domain names as required
• Support other members of the Marketing Content team as needed
• Perform any other tasks assigned relating to digital marketing coordination.• Proficient in Sales, with the ability to drive product visibility and revenue generation.
• Strong background in Marketing, demonstrating a keen understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
• Experience in Operations, specifically in coordinating and streamlining marketing processes.
• Proven Planning skills, showcasing the capacity to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Procedures, particularly in relation to marketing practices and compliance.
• Familiarity with the concept of 'About Time', demonstrating effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience in Auditing, particularly in assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Competency in executing Benefit Functions, with a focus on maximizing the return on marketing investments.
• Proficiency in managing Websites and other digital platforms to boost brand presence and customer engagement.
• In-depth understanding of Digital tools and techniques, and their application in marketing.
• Ability to identify and rectify Discrepancies in marketing data or campaign results.
• Knowledge of HTML, facilitating effective collaboration with web developers and designers.
• Adherence to Best Practices in digital marketing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective campaigns.
• Strong grasp of Digital Marketing strategies, tools, and trends.
• Familiarity with Libraries, particularly in the context of managing digital assets and resources.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, enabling the creation of visually appealing marketing content.
• Excellent Critical Thinking skills, aiding in the development of innovative marketing solutions.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly in the context of website and content management.
• Ability to create compelling Marketing Content that captures the attention of targeted audiences.
• Experience in managing Digital Assets and Metadata, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility of marketing resources.
• Proven Marketing Management skills, with a track record of successful campaign execution and team leadership.
• Familiarity with NAS Technologies, demonstrating technical competency in managing network-attached storage systems.
• Strong Vocabulary skills, facilitating clear and effective communication in all marketing materials.
