We are looking to bring on board a Marketing Analytics & Insights Specialist. Based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, this role involves deep involvement in the marketing industry, with a focus on using data and analytics to optimize marketing processes and outcomes. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Leverage customer service and communication skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries and maintain accurate records
• Use your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other database systems to process customer credit applications
• Play a key role in the sales process by monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize your training and leadership skills to facilitate the growth and development of the team
• Apply your expertise in marketing and analytics to optimize our marketing funnel and improve acquisition rates
• Use automation tools and digital platforms to enhance the efficiency and quality of our marketing processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners, providing them with insights and recommendations to help scale operations effectively
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and other tools to uncover insights and make recommendations
• Support data collection strategies to improve B2B marketing and selling practices
• Develop automated reports and dashboards to optimize the performance of key programs and initiatives
• Analyze A/B and multi-variate tests, communicate results, and provide recommendations
• Provide day-to-day analytical support for prospect and customer engagement activities.• Exceptional customer service skills to support client needs
• Strong communication skills for clear and effective discussions
• Proven sales experience to drive business growth
• Proficient in reporting to provide timely updates and insights
• Competency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Experience in training team members for skill development
• Proficiency in analytics to draw meaningful insights from data
