About Patient Services Marketing: The US Patient Services Marketing Team leads across multiple brands and therapeutic areas to deliver an unparalleled care model ecosystem that enables the best possible treatment experience to help patients achieve their full treatment plan potential. The Marketing Manger Role: The US Patient Services Access and Reimbursement Marketing Manager (MM) is responsible for developing and implementing access and reimbursement initiatives and tactics for APS Oncology and Eye Care brands. This role requires a strong understanding of the nuances associated with provider administered products and devices as well as the ability to work in a complex and matrixed environment. The ideal candidate has working knowledge of the payer landscape, buy and bill and specialty pharmacy acquisition models and insight into field access team support. This role does not have direct reports, but the individual must demonstrate the ability to influence and lead cross-functionally to successfully drive the business. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and a customer focus that drives the need for quality deliverables and performance. This individual will report to the Associate Director, Patient Services. MM I or MM II will be dependent on the number of years’ experience and other qualifications. Key Responsibilities Include (may shift based on business needs): Working with internal and external agencies and other partners to develop innovative and impactful initiatives and tactics that align to the Patient Services strategic imperatives and APS marketing priorities. Lead content creation for HCP and office staff facing access and reimbursement material as well as supports the development and maintenance of digital channels directed to HCP customers. Manage projects and relationships with agency partners, including creative, data, and digital teams. Support the development of the PSP brand positioning across stakeholders for new and enhanced patient services support care models including the identification of barriers to patient access and developing innovative solutions to help HCPs address those needs. Support the AD in managing the marketing budget while identifying efficiencies where it is possible to maximize resources. Deliver marketing briefs, develop timelines to accomplish tasks and anticipate any potential barriers that would impact project timelines. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Ability to build collaborative working relationships across stakeholders at various levels throughout the organization. Strong project management, planning skills, with attention to detail. Experience taking materials through an MRL/review process. Demonstrated ability in developing and supporting marketing plans and program pull – through. Experience with managing multiple external agencies. Working Knowledge of health care processes in the following areas: Buy and Bill as Specialty Pharmacy Acquisition channels. Benefit Verification and Prior Authorization Claim submission and denial management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 5+ years in healthcare, pharma, biotech, or diagnostics marketing. With the ideal candidate having previous Pharma HCP marketing experience. Working knowledge of field access teams Launch experience preferred. Oncology and/or Eye Care background preferred. Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
