We are seeking a creative and strategic Part-Time Marketing Manager who can take our marketing to the next level. This role involves hands-on content creation, including photography and videography, as well as planning and executing our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for shaping our marketing calendar, developing content that tells our story, and driving brand awareness. Additional experience in WordPress, site building, and funnel building would be a great bonus but is not a requirement. 15-25 Hours per week. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. • Create high-quality photo and video content that aligns with our brand values and services. • Plan and manage a marketing calendar to ensure consistent and strategic messaging. • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing campaigns. • Manage and maintain our social media platforms with engaging posts and updates. • Assist in building and optimizing our website (WordPress experience preferred but not required). • Analyze marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement. Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry. • Strong photography and videography skills. • Experience with content creation, including video editing and graphic design. • Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools. • Ability to strategize, plan, and manage a marketing calendar. • Creative mindset with a strong ability to adapt and innovate. Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
