POSITION

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced B2B industrial environment, contributing to the successful execution of marketing campaigns and ensuring that FGM's brand identity and messaging remain consistent. This role will focus on event promotions, digital content creation, social media strategy, and the coordination of marketing materials across all channels. full-time position is based in Scottsdale, AZ.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support marketing and sales initiatives including event promotions, email marketing, social media strategy, lead generation campaigns, and digital content creation.
  • Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of event, webinar, and trade show logistics, including overseeing the production and delivery of show materials. (Attend events as necessary to support on-site marketing efforts.)
  • Proofread and support content creation for a wide range of marketing materials, from sales presentations to website copy, ensuring they meet FGM's high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Oversee social media and online presence on behalf of FGM, managing content calendars, engaging with industry-related content, and monitoring online reputation across platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Assist with daily marketing administrative responsibilities, including invoice processing, tracking marketing collateral inventory, and managing the marketing budget.
  • Ensure brand standards are maintained across all marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, print materials, and events. Uphold FGM's branding guidelines and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Write non-technical text, edit, and proofread marketing collateral, ensuring clarity, brand alignment, and professional tone.
  • Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support marketing programs across FGM's divisions.
  • Assist in gathering estimates and resources for marketing initiatives, including vendor quotes for event promotions, collateral printing, and digital campaign management.
  • Assist in coordination with third-party vendors, such as event organizers, media relations teams, and creative agencies, to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and maintain FGM's marketing materials, including sales collateral, branded presentations, and digital content.
  • Ensure all FGM materials reflect FGM's brand identity and strategic messaging across digital, print, and in-person touchpoints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support critical marketing efforts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work and succeed independently as well as in a team environment.
PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a B2B or industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, CMS platforms, and social media management tools.
  • Experience in event marketing and trade show logistics.
  • Skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing collateral.

HOURS & LOCATION: This is a full-time, in-office position based at FGM's headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

SALARY: $50,000- $60,000 DOE
