VLS is hiring: Marketing Intern in Erlanger

The Marketing Internship at Vincent Lighting Systems is a part-time paid internship based in the Erlanger, KY office. The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing various projects and campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, market research, and campaign analysis. The ideal candidate is a creative, enthusiastic individual looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reporting on performance.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customer segments.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and events.
• Support SEO efforts and analyze web traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
• Perform administrative duties such as organizing marketing materials and updating databases.

Qualifications and Education:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Must have good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, email marketing, content management systems).Must be able to pass 5-panel drug screen.
• Industry knowledge is a plus but is not required.
• Experience with SEO, EMS, CRM, and project management tools
