We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join our client's team in this fully remote contract position. This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend or turn into a fulltime position.While on contract, you'd be eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Ideal Candidate : will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or within a related field as well as 3-5 years of work experience.

In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our Growth Marketing Managers with the implementation of cross-functional marketing projects.You'll plan and manage projects, write briefs, see them through to execution, and work with cross-functional business partners to communicate about your work and maintain document libraries.You'll track and report on the results of your projects to apply key learnings to future initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and manage multiple marketing projects and initiatives across various channels (email, social media, digital advertising, etc).
• This includes planning before a project starts, escalating issues that may arise and coming up with solutions, scheduling meetings to align and collaborate with key partners, documenting and following up on action items, and seeing campaigns through to execution
• Write briefs that clearly communicate marketing strategies, objectives timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor projects along all milestones of project timelines, keeping business partners on track to execute campaigns on schedule.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, collect feedback, and ensure action items for projects are completed
• Utilize project management software to submit new requests to the Creative team, manage project status, schedules, communications, execution, and changes to project scope
• Help keep projects on track, even when things change.
• Align with Marketing channel owners and Campaign Managers to adapt projects to meet the changing needs of the business while proactively managing and communicating risks
• Launch final campaign deliverables in all channels upon approval by the Campaign Manager Research new marketing opportunities and deliver recommendations to marketing managers as appropriate.
• Uphold new procedures and best practices for new marketing tactics.
• Leverage relationships to resolve issues inside and outside of the Marketing Department including agency partnerships and vendors.
• Communicate on a timely basis with multiple partners to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with Communications and Operations teams to share Marketing initiatives to the field, and manage document libraries
• Assist marketing managers with prioritization decisions by informing them of all open projects and communicating priorities and risks to the Marketing Content Project Manager
• Own and update presentations for senior leadership with recently launched campaign deliverables and results
• Ensure project teams have detailed, accurate launch information and inform channel owners of upcoming deadline
• Resolve escalated issues and communicates resolution to appropriate parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
