Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help drive our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and marketing, with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. As part of a small, collaborative team, you will play a key role in building our brand, generating leads, and supporting our growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop engaging and informative content, including blog posts, case studies, email newsletters, and social media posts, to promote our IT services and solutions.
  • Digital/Print Ad Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as podcasts, webinars and other relevant avenues/channels to generate leads and increase brand visibility. Utilize vendor provided social media resources and blogs.
    • Podcasts: Source and coordinate guests, Select topics, Write scripts, Record and edit episodes, and Publish on Podcastle, Apple, Spotify, and the blog.
    • Webinars: Set up funnel, Create and manage the LinkedIn event, Promote across social media and email, Develop the slide deck, Host the webinar, and Create and execute an email nurture funnel for leads
    • LinkedIn Live Cybersecurity Briefings: Invite guest speakers, Research and curate news stories, Create and finalize slide decks, and Schedule and load events in StreamYard.
  • Social Media Management/Scheduling: Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for generating qualified leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, and supporting the sales team with marketing collateral.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Take weekly marketing strategy training courses provided.
  • Branding & Positioning: Help define and communicate the company's value proposition and unique selling points (USPs) to the target audience through various marketing channels. Coordinating and managing PR (press releases, product announcements, press industry analyst meetings)
  • Event Marketing: Assist with organizing and promoting virtual or in-person events, webinars, and trade shows to engage with potential clients and industry partners.
  • Monthly Activities, Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and using data to refine strategies and tactics for better results. Maintain Monthly newsletter. Managing annual marketing plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives; managing, implementing, and executing the marketing policies and practices, which will include market research, competitor analyses, and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Must have a strong interpersonal skills and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
  • Experience with content management systems, social media tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
