Randstad Pinellas is currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator opportunity at a manufacturing company in Largo, FL. It is a fast-paced environment with a professional team.

Position is in Largo, FL.

$45,000-$60,000/year Shift Available 8am - 4:30pm M-F

Candidates must have at least 3 years of marketing experience. Technical knowledge of graphic design preferred.

Responsibilities

Marketing:

  • Create digital marketing campaigns

  • social media, website, email marketing, update online content, make regular posts, online advertising, engage with followers & answer questions in a timely manner

  • Develop & implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials

  • Create marketing material or oversee in-house/external visual artist(s) to create brand-appropriate materials in different forms of media (such as videos, literature, flyers, posters etc.)

  • Analyze marketing metrics & data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns & make data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Write &/or edit content for newsletters, marketing material, new courses, social media, press releases etc.

  • Coordinate marketing calendar to ensure selected print & digital ad placements, seasonal promotions, newsletters, & social media posts are synchronized across all company efforts

  • Work with Operational team to create mockups, artwork, label design etc.

Administrative:

  • Manage the scheduling & coordination of marketing activities

  • Facilitate Tradeshow & Tabletop planning from beginning to completion

  • Develop marketing budget & expenses, providing regular updates to leadership

  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure seamless collaboration

  • Coordinate lead generation & customer acquisition efforts

  • Oversee the ordering & inventory management of marketing materials/promos

  • Other tasks as needed

The essential functions of this role include:

  • Marketing (3 years of experience is required)
