Description

A leading, privately held real estate development, investment and management company that has acquired or developed more than 20 million square feet of commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial projects is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis for multiple branches of Advance. They will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities both internally and externally. They will also need to have the ability to run social media accounts as well as make website updates as required. They will coordinate communications, public relations, and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy for the Company as well as its selected assets within the company portfolio. This would include planning strategic events with outside partners, vendors, and consultants.

A successful candidate for this position will be a self-starter, fanatically attentive to detail and passionate about their work. This person will also need to be a forward thinker and understand trends in the marketing space and how best to apply it to our core business.

Requirements

Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives.

• Establishing our "voice" within the market and to our strategic partners, clients and vendors.

• Develop and implement marketing plans including promotions, social media, new asset introductions and other marketing projects

• Grow brand awareness for key executives

• Produce digital and hard copy (if needed) presentations when required

• Produce ideas and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new assets etc.

• Develop and manage marketing budgets; monitor costs and budgets.

• Develop forecasting and asset branding plans

• Consolidate data collection and analytics derived from Marketing platforms; work with business units to apply data

• Manage logos

• Establish and grow target market share

• Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives

• Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor's marketing movements.

• Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events

• Develop and produce content for the company's online presence, editorial design and organizing the company's publications.

• Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives

• Become the organizations internally coordinator in order to better message towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients while building strategic relationships

• Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers if not performing this work in house

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Oversee the operation of a company's website and email marketing program and provide analytics review.

Other Skills and Experience

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing and / or Communications

• 5-10 years applicable experience in Marketing/Branding space

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
