PRIMARY PURPOSE: Coordinate the Company's inbound marketing efforts including digital lead generation tools, websites, and social media. Organize all EFJohnson trade shows, seminars, and events. Provide marketing and logistics support to sales teams, Manufacturer's Representatives and dealer channel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Demand Generation:
  • Execute digital campaigns (emails, landing pages, workflows, forms and reports.)
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing programs.
  • Maintain and update website content and manage requests.
  • Perform keyword research and plan, develop, and implement paid search and display campaigns (media, copy, landing pages, forms, and reports).
  • Qualify all marketing leads for marketing database, nurturing and inside sales.
  • Assist with content creation (images, videos and copy) and collaborate with graphic designer.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and make recommendations on tools, processes, project ideas, etc.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Events:
  • Coordinate all aspects of EFJohnson trade shows & events. This includes all communication and coordination required within internal departments as well as external vendors, dealers, and customers.
  • Primary contact with exhibit house of record - coordinating all inventories, condition & storage.
  • Coordination of product requisitioning for each trade show.
  • Reserves booth space, coordinates shipment, manages set-up and clearing of company exhibits ensuring that necessary equipment is available for display purposes.
  • Plan and execute pre-show and post-show communications for events.
  • Complete post-show analysis for all trade shows and conferences.
  • Capture and report on marketing event leads from sales teams.
  • Upload all marketing event leads to HubSpot and assign to the Inside Sales team for follow up.
  • Maintain Master Marketing Calendar.
  • Maintain company memberships and associations and distribute related correspondences.
  • Manage marketing collateral and promotional product inventory and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Assist with subject matter expert interviews, blog post contribution, and creation of though-leadership content for blog posts.
  • Assist in press release and media writing.
  • Perform sales enablement activities at each stage of the buyer's journey
Marketing Support:
  • 10-15% domestic travel.
  • Assists in other marketing support efforts as assigned or required.
  • Agrees to abide by the established Approval Matrix.
  • Manage online store for all sales channels.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or 4-6 years of equivalent experience).
COMPETENCIES:
  • Experience working with external vendors to execute promotional events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred) and CRM.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Effectively coordinate information, processes and problem resolution with internal departments.
  • High level of motivation and organization with the ability to maintain several very detailed, yet fluid event schedules simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule (ability to adapt to last minute requests).
  • Ability to understand and execute financial issues, requiring above average finance and math skills.
  • Must be well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to produce accurate and detailed documentation and reports.
  • Physical ability to set up/tear down structural displays and movement of trade show materials.
TRAVEL:
  • 10 - 15%
