Responsible for increasing brand awareness and creating a strong market position for our rapidly growing business. Responsible for day-to-day strategy and execution of the company’s social channels and website to increase traffic, conversion and revenue. Manages marketing programs in specific channels, supports business objectives, leads acquisition, fosters customer retention, executes business development, provides sales support and advances brand building and SEO ranking. Develops marketing strategies for product launches including social media, internal and client communications. Manages and implements digital marketing strategies that increase traffic, conversion and leads gen through a range of techniques including content marketing, email and social media. Maintains marketing budget including forecasts and identifies opportunities to improve conversions and lead generation. Ensures the company’s brand guidelines are upheld across all channels, internally and externally. Executes marketing/sales analysis by making recommendations and extracting actionable insights to update campaigns and improve future marketing. Organizes and improves the company’s CRM system(Hubspot). Manages lead distribution and follows up through marketing automation (Squarespace) and CRM system (Hubspot). Segments database working with large data sets. Follows and analyzes market trends and competitors to influence product positioning in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Maintains website and improves User Interface. Develops and manages online store. Attends conferences and trade shows throughout the U.S. to represent the company, keep on top of competitors, and interact with clients and leads from all over the world. Manages logistics for all external events/conference/trade shows. Develops email marketing campaigns for events. Creates digital marketing collateral and presentations for Principals. Vets and manages future marketing hires and manages outsourced marketing projects with subcontractors. Coordinates marketing needs for existing and new products with suppliers/manufacturers. Provides support to customers through B2B marketing. Identifies and develops additional marketing collateral/web content that may be needed to help customers market the products to their target audience. Must have a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Must have 6 months of experience in marketing positions performing the following: Building and implementing complex marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and reporting on the results; Developing marketing plans, timelines and budgets; Conducting marketing research; Utilizing CRM platform Hubspot; Utilizing Google Workspace including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides; Utilizing digital marketing platforms (LinkedIn/Instagram); Utilizing experience with graphic design using platform Canva; Working with startups/small teams; and Utilizing experience in event and/or trade show planning.
