Consumer Attorney Marketing Group, a nationwide advertising agency that combines media buying expertise, industry experience and intensive analytics to deliver the most effective TV & radio campaigns is currently accepting applications for Marketing Manager. This is a remote position that will reside in either California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas or Florida. Reporting to the EVP of Media and under the direction of the CEO, the Marketing Manager will provide thought leadership to the marketing department and will oversee all marketing functions in the effort to achieve optimal visibility, sales, and growth.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for strategy, tactics and programs to create interest, demand, recognition and new business opportunities for Consumer Attorney Marketing Group and our products and services, thru use of advertising tools and marketing materials, creative services, strategic relationships, direct event marketing, social media marketing, and other innovative marketing concepts. The Marketing Manager will manage a project/content manager, an events manager, as well as freelance writers and artists.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversee the research and development of plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
  • Guide and direct ongoing, free-flowing, creative brainstorming with the Marketing team.
  • Oversee the development and management of the creative calendar for all internal marketing.
  • Manage the development of monthly client newsletters, email campaigns and company informational materials.
  • Provide analysis of market data to determine marketability of potential business opportunities and pitch meetings.
  • Supply market information and ideas for strategy to Sales and other executives.
  • Oversee social media presence for Consumer Attorney Marketing Group.
  • Assist with the maintenance and continuous customization of sales materials.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and programs.
  • Create annual marketing budget. Implement and maintain budget throughout the year.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a senior lead of a marketing department.
  • Experience in planning marketing strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will be well rounded in all aspects of creative, innovative marketing techniques and sales methodologies.
  • Experience working in direct response marketing is preferred, as is experience marketing within the legal community.
  • Proven ability to motivate internal and external teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management is required.
  • Experience in creating marketing presentation decks required.
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field of study preferred.
