NCE Soccer is seeking an experienced and passionate candidate for the position of Marketing Manager.
At NCE, we believe that "excellence is standard." We are a supplemental soccer training program with centers in various cities nationwide. We provide players with the opportunity to compete in a professional, player-centered development environment, supporting personal fulfillment and growth.
We offer many programs, including the weekly center of excellence and technical training, goalkeeper training, showcases, tournaments, residential camps, international tours, pro pathway camps, and college ID camps.

Job Requirements
The Role
Quality
Ensure the quality of planning, organization, content creation, and content delivery across all platforms is at the highest possible standards. In association with the owner, assist in the development and improvement of all marketing efforts, ensuring all company policies are followed. Provide evaluation of current marketing processes and implement improvements.
Communication
Lead all aspects of communications and marketing for a dynamic youth soccer organization. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for articulating and promoting NCE Soccer's strategic goals and branding. Create and execute tactics to support NCE Soccer's overall marketing and communication strategy while working across various departments to support program growth. Use all methods to communicate regularly with pertinent staff and external vendors. Provide monthly reports of all marketing expenditures to the CEO.
Financial
Led the Management and creation of the marketing budget. Ensure all payments are logged and checked with contracts to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication
Direct the marketing and communications to engage, inform, and grow NCE Soccer's database of players, as well as parents and friends, as appropriate.
Articulate and promote NCE Soccer's mission, strategic goals, and organizational brand. Create and execute tactics to support NCE Soccer's overall marketing and communication strategy while working across various departments to grow programming across new and established territories.
Ensure our brand story is communicated clearly to as many possible customers and vendors as possible.
Business Development
Evaluate all marketing processes and offer feedback and suggestions to improve all current efforts. Ensure all marketing efforts are delivered most cost-effectively and efficiently. Program Directors to plan and promote all NCE programming.
Website
Responsible for the overall content, design, and updates to the NCE Soccer website. Ensure the website is accurate and up to date at all times.
Social Media
Evaluate current social media processesand offer feedback and suggestions to improve all current efforts. Increase engagement and audience size and monitor and analyze engagement across all platforms. Plan, produce, and post messaging and images on NCE Soccer's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter) an average of five times each week to promote player accomplishments, as well as programs, events, fundraising campaigns, merchandise, and general NCE news.
Keep an ongoing social media content calendar that includes campaigns for program sales initiatives and merchandise sales.
Develop and manage all aspects of current paid digital advertising campaigns. Monitor, analyze, record, and share metrics regarding deliveries, open rates, click rates, and other data to improve effectiveness.
Graphic Design
Manage the creation of all graphical content across all media (Print & Digital) platforms.
Email Communications and Marketing
Oversee the delivery of all email communications. Ensure email content is on brand and consistent with our brand story. Monitor, analyze, record, and share metrics regarding deliveries, open rates, click rates, and other data to improve effectiveness. Plan produces and distributes a monthly NCE (Beyond Soccer) e-newsletter. Keep an ongoing email content calendar that includes campaigns for program sales initiatives and merchandise sales.
Public Relations, Media & Press
Develop & expand relationships with news media sources and use contacts to provide TV, Radio, and print exposure for NCE Soccer. Explore organization and program sponsorship options.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Proficient with graphic design and paid social media advertising
- Experience with brand management
- Excellent written skills and story-telling
- Experience as a motivated self-starter with creative ideas and the ability to lead by example
- A hard work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willing to accept the challenge and dedication required to grow an organization
- Knowledge of soccer is preferred.
