A small, well-respected estate planning and probate law firm is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team. This position is ON-SITE with the option of one or two days remote. The ideal candidate will have experience developing a marketing presence from scratch, including creating, implementing, and managing marketing efforts that promote the firm and its services. We would love to hear from you if you are a creative individual passionate about digital marketing and developing a new marketing department.

Duties

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilize SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to optimize campaign performance
  • Manage digital and non-digital marketing campaigns and modify them for peak effectiveness
  • Conduct conversion optimization to improve the efficiency of marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create content
  • Manage firm marketing budget for maximum ROI
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing

Qualifications

  • Must be available 9-5 Monday-Friday EST
  • Proven experience in developing digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, technical, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
  • Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and ROI
  • Knowledge of CRM, website, and SEO best practices (Clio Grow exp highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of the legal field is a plus
  • Ability to create and manage a marketing presence from scratch

 

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
