Your Role

We are hiring an experienced and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in St. Louis, MO! This position will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement. Successful candidates will have experience working in a service provider industry, proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, with a passion for innovation and the life sciences.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to define clear value propositions and messaging for life sciences solutions. Work closely with sales, product, and scientific teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in the life science industry.
  • Utilize AI marketing tools to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and performance.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance online visibility.
  • Develop compelling content including social media content, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, etc. ensuring the development of high-quality and engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing plans, campaigns, and schedules.
  • Support web development activities to optimize the company's online presence, ensuring websites are user-friendly and aligned with marketing and overall company goals.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and related. Proactively coordinate all event logistics, promotional materials, etc.
  • Support sales and business teams in lead generation, implementing effective marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences community.
  • Represent PSC Biotech at industry events, conferences, etc. when needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience supporting marketing for a service provider organization/company.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional marketing experience. Experience in life sciences marketing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing and Advertising.
  • Proven experience leading marketing campaigns.
  • Highly skilled in website analytics and SEO.
  • Experienced leading marketing efforts supporting conferences and events.
  • Strong understanding of web development, graphic design, and promotional content creation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI Marketing Tools.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate marketing initiatives and tasks, working collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Goal and results oriented.
