The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the complex healthcare environment, a deep understanding of various marketing channels, and the ability to lead others towards achieving marketing goals. As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing cutting-edge healthcare marketing strategies for Apria Healthcare’s therapies and products. You will spearhead marketing initiatives, encompassing product launches, campaigns, and digital channels while forging healthy relationships with clinical and sales teams. Your collaborative and innovative efforts will propel the successful penetration of Apria’s therapies, enabling the field commercial organization to thrive and deliver unparalleled patient outcomes. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s market presence, enhancing engagement, and ultimately contributing to revenue growth. This position has the responsibility to create and implement marketing plans that support the company’s business strategies related to our sleep and respiratory solutions. The Marketing Manager will develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, foster customer retention, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
