You will manage marketing communication initiatives across multiple platforms, create compelling content for our corporate blog, support internal and external communications, and coordinate with external partners to deliver high-quality results.
What you'll do:
Marketing Communication to Support Sales
- Develop sales enablement tools, including product one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and messaging frameworks
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create campaigns and assets that address customer needs and drive lead generation
- Partner with leadership to refine positioning and communicate the unique value of our products to potential partners and clients
- Develop and execute a content calendar for the corporate blog, showcasing company milestones, thought leadership, industry trends, and technical innovation
- Write and edit compelling content, including blog posts, white papers, and newsletters
- Work with external contractors who lead the company's social media and media relations to ensure the company's messaging is aligned across all channels
- Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events, including industry conferences, trade shows, and product launches
- Coordinate event logistics, materials, and messaging to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals
- Develop post-event campaigns to nurture leads, evaluate success, and inform future event strategies
- Support company-wide internal communications, such as newsletters, leadership updates, and milestone announcements
- Foster consistent internal messaging to keep employees engaged and informed about company developments
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials, developing creative storytelling and messaging to amplify our company's vision
- Work with designers and external contractors to deliver impactful creative assets
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, delivering insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning, using insights to inform future campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience with proven success in content creation, event marketing, and campaign execution, preferably in the technology, aerospace, or startup industries
- 1+ years of experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience creating technical and engaging content
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics software
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external vendors
