::REQUIREMENTS::
- 5+ years of marketing strategy experience, developing in-depth research and marketing plans
- Strong understanding of big-picture thinking and planning across multi-channel platforms
- Agency experience preferred
- Creative thinking abilities for developing innovative campaigns.
- High level of expertise in marketing planning
- Experience managing marketing plans across multiple touch-points
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong passion for marketing and storytelling
- Strong strategic, analytical, creative, organizational and personal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media landscapes

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape. Analyze customer insights, behaviors and feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Campaign Development: Build the architecture and drive comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, print, etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs. Create detailed marketing plans, including budgets, timelines and KPIs.
- Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling and consistent messaging across all platforms. (i.e. blogs, email newsletters, social media posts, campaign advertisements, etc.)
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Build clear benchmarks to monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, social media, email marketing, digital, and traditional media, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business goals.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers and build long-term relationships throughout all initiatives.
- Innovation and Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive activities. Propose innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Budget Management: Align marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and Improve: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives and make proactive recommendations for improvement to internal processes.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Lead, mentor and inspire junior marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment.
