The Director of Sales & Marketing leads all sales and marketing efforts, focusing on building brand awareness, driving venue traffic, and increasing revenue across multiple locations. This leadership role develops strategies, manages campaigns, and ensures consistent execution of company objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee sales and marketing budgets to align with company goals.
• Manage marketing and sales activities for corporate and franchise locations.
• Create and execute marketing plans to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
• Oversee all owned marketing channels, including websites, CRM, and social media platforms.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns and respond to customer inquiries across all locations.
• Lead content creation for digital platforms, social media, and in-store collateral.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party marketing vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with operations to enhance group sales and revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in multi-unit, multi-geographic sales and marketing.
• Experience in food and entertainment or franchisor operations is a plus.
