We are presently hiring for a Full-Time detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Company's marketing and development efforts. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer.

Where: 1500 E Tropicana Ave. Suite 203, Las Vegas, NV 89119

When: Monday to Friday; 9:00 am-5:30 pm

What's a day look like in the life of a Marketing Assistant?

The Marketing Assistant will support the Company's marketing and development plans and strategies are carried out successfully with a focus on quality and effectiveness.

Specifically, you will...
  • Assist in planning and managing all logistical aspects of company events, including venue booking, vendor coordination, budget management, program timelines etc. as needed.
  • Assist in building, developing, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective clients, sponsors, partners, media outlets, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and assist various operational tasks and administrative duties as needed, to include maintaining communications via email, phone, and messages, correcting paperwork, maintaining schedules and appointments etc.
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts by collecting and distributing collateral
  • Maintain Client Relationship and KPI Tracking Logs.
  • Prepare pre- and post- event reports to present and evaluate opportunity and effectiveness
  • Contribute to the development of plans, strategies, and marketing content, including some copywriting and design.
  • Perform market research to assist in department's strategy development
  • Assist in capturing photo and video content as needed.
Requirements

How do you qualify?
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Have a driver's license and your own vehicle for transportation.
  • High school diploma or Equivalent required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or similar preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience (marketing or business development) required
  • Experience in the event planning industry, or content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to utilize layout and graphic design skills in a business setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills with ability to edit and proofread.
  • Basic understanding of marketing, digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Occasional travel to job sites, events, and company meetings
