Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development
- Design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance Worldpac's brand presence and customer engagement.
- Manage an enterprise customer loyalty program, driving enrollment and engagement through business leaders and multiple service providers
- Oversee digital, content, and traditional marketing campaigns to align with company goals and initiatives.
- Event Planning & Management
- Lead the planning and execution of customer events, including trade shows, product launches, training workshops, and appreciation events.
- Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of all customer-facing programs.
- Develop post-event evaluations to measure impact and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Build and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and events using KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and ROI optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on event planning and customer engagement.
- Proven success in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-profile events.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Passion for the automotive industry is a definite plus.
