Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s brand and growth objectives. This role demands a proactive individual with a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail to handle a variety of marketing-related tasks beyond the standard duties.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Monthly Newsletter: Create, design, and distribute engaging monthly newsletters based on a proven format.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and schedule daily/weekly social media posts across platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Familiarity with Online Scheduling Platforms: Utilize scheduling tools to manage and automate social media postings.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Website Edits: Maintain and update website content to ensure it aligns with marketing campaigns and current trends.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, trade shows, and other marketing-related events to promote brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Corporate Gifting: Manage and coordinate corporate gifting strategies for clients and partners.
  • Employee Recognition: Implement recognition programs for employees, including birthdays and work anniversaries.
  • Signage & Branding: Oversee the creation and deployment of internal and external signage.
  • Uniforms/Clothing/Embroidery: Manage the production and distribution of branded clothing and uniforms.
  • Vinyl Work: Coordinate vinyl work for branding purposes (e.g., vehicles, office space).
  • Basic Design Tasks: Assist with designing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Content Creation: Develop content for marketing campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Article Writing and Coordination: Write and coordinate the creation of articles related to newsworthy topics relevant to the industry.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audiences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to measure ROI and make data-driven improvements.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
  • Public Relations Support: Coordinate press releases and media outreach to boost public awareness.
  • Partnerships and Sponsorships: Assist in managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and sponsors for joint marketing activities.
  • Budget Management: Help manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product launches.
  • CRM and Database Management: Maintain and update customer and prospect databases for targeted outreach and nurturing.
  • Internal Communications: Support internal marketing efforts to keep employees informed and engaged with company updates and initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a marketing role with demonstrated success in executing comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:


  • Event planning experience.
  • Knowledge of corporate gifting programs and employee engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with vinyl printing and embroidery processes.
