Primary responsibilities include assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans while ensuring control of marketing results and objectives. Excellent benefits offered. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Marketing team to formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
- Measure, enhance, and enrich the image of the company through marketing objectives
- Manage Social Media profiles to strengthen brand presence and engagement
- Prepare marketing strategies with company executives and staff
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisement, and other materials
- Design content for websites, brochures, social media, email campaigns, advertisements and other marketing materials
- Ensure all brand messages are consistent
- Create, schedule and post content across social media platforms
- Monitor Google reviews including answering and filtering questions as needed
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Plan and oversee company marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, open houses and grand openings
- Other duties including, but not limited to, creating presentations, generating reports, and editing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Marketing or Communication, or related field
- Previous experience in a marketing and sales environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, SEO and WordPress
- Proficient in video editing software
- Experience with capturing high-quality photos and videos
- Must have a strong understanding of a wide range of marketing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle the pressure of multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with various design formats and software
- Must have creative thinking abilities and problem solving skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12-hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements
