Title: Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help plan and implement marketing activities, develop, and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, foster customer retention, analyze results of various marketing programs, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Position Responsibilities

This position will be an integrated marketing manager who will be responsible for a variety of different marketing areas. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following;
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's strategic goals, including increasing digital presence, engagement, and converting leads into customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
  • Analyze content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate customer needs.
  • Create and implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns. Other areas include press releases, feature articles and brochure copy.
  • Produce engaging content for our website, blog, social media accounts, and newsletters that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to develop customer interest in products and company.
  • Optimize content according to SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
  • Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of content and marketing strategies in achieving organizational objectives and KPIs.
  • Support the development of branding and related tools for tradeshows.
  • Help to drive the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Collect and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings, email CTR, LinkedIn posting effectiveness)
  • Understands Voice of Customer (VOC) and empathizes with customer's product pain points and unmet product needs
Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field is required.
  • Five+ years of related marketing or communications work.
  • Knowledge in the health care/ medical industry preferred.
  • Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails, landing pages and content development.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with content writing, social media applications, such as LinkedIn, Twitter and website blogs.
  • Understands and can establish performance metrics for LinkedIn, company websites and email campaigns.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms to develop newsletters and email campaigns.
  • Possess search engine optimization and business research tools acumen
  • Knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc.) to conduct surveys.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge with CRM programs
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, InDesign or Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel as necessary
