This is an in-person position located in vibrant (and fun!) downtown Hoboken. We are one of the largest and fastest growing real estate teams in New Jersey. This position will own all aspects of JBG's marketing and will execute the various campaigns and initiatives that will help us continue to grow and expand. And as we grow so will your scope, budget and team. Come get on the ground floor and be part of something special. Responsibilities: • Create, own, and execute our marketing strategy • Oversee all social media presence and campaigns, including video production and streaming • Develop and execute localized content and PR strategies • Manage for-sale property marketing • Oversee demand gen campaigns including social, website, and email marketing • Manage client and community events • Design and create physical marketing to include brochures, mailers, open house materials, Billboards, and other formats on an on-need basis for team. • Perform other unrelated ad hoc projects (we’re a small firm, we all wear lots of extra hats) Qualifications: • Significant depth of related experience, ideally in the real estate or housing industry • Top-tier creative orientation with outstanding design and or writing skills • Strong experience with digital marketing, including social media, paid campaigns, SEO and website management. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Ability to multitask and understand changing priorities, with strong follow-up skills and ability to take ownership of deadlines and project completion • Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance • New Jersey real estate license is a bonus (but not expected) Compensation: $85,000+
