Ideally the perfect candidate would live in or near Raleigh NC, but for the right person it could be 100% remote. Also, this is a part-time job for the right person (at least until we expand beyond Raleigh), should average 20 hours per week. This position reports directly to our CEO. This purpose of this position is marketing that supports our efforts to recruit agents with a mix of brand-building and "set up an appointment to learn about us" calls to action; the purpose of which is for agents to constantly be knocking on our door wanting to join our firm. We have recently published three books that should make this easier: The Smarter STARTUP Agent The Smarter TOP PRODUCING Agent The Smarter Way to Buy and Sell Your Home Responsibilities: • Write effective copy for email campaigns, and manage/monitor our email-marketing systems • Coordinate with our office staff to manage physical mailings • Manage SMS marketing • Optimize our website and YouTube channel • Manage the efficient and attractive creation of marketing graphics, have a very good ability to judge what looks good, and be able to give good feedback to designers. Able to make changes as needed in Canva • Create and manage social media marketing (paid and unpaid) across all platforms Qualifications: • Very experienced and skilled with technical/computer/internet marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads effective email campaign delivery, MailChimp, FB advertising, SEO, database management) to figure out and manage the most effective ways to do our recruiting marketing Compensation: $25 - $50 hourly
