Great American Merchandise & Events (GAME) specializes in unique, community-based fundraising events, like the signature Duck Race, that foster engagement and help raise funds for local causes. The Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support client campaigns by creating tailored marketing collateral, managing social media engagement, and overseeing aspects of client outreach and brand presentation. You'll be at the forefront of our clients' success, producing both digital and print materials to bring community initiatives to life. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a passion for visual design, social media, and collaborative marketing campaigns.

Client Campaign Support & Material Updates
    • Lead client intake meetings and design review meetings
    • Create and update marketing documents for client use, including the "What a Duck Can Do" informational sheet for new clients and annually for existing clients.
    • Manage, organize, and upload all collateral in SharePoint and our custom portal for easy access and collaboration.
    • Maintain the Marketing Collateral Sheet so all team members have access to the latest information.
    • Other duties as assigned.
Client Marketing Packages & Collateral Creation
    • Develop custom marketing packages that align with client budgets, campaign goals, and brand standards.
    • Design a range of client materials, including duck "adoption" tickets, "adoption" papers, stickers, yard signs, posters, and business cards.
Visual & Social Media Content Creation
    • Develop and design images for events, holidays, key moments, and campaigns.
    • Curate customized social media content for clients based on specific needs and objectives, creating captivating graphics and posts tailored to their goals.
    • Oversee GAME's social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging content to increase brand awareness.
Client Communication & Branding Support
    • Create logos as needed using Canva, ensuring brand consistency across all client materials.
    • Develop sample ads for clients to review and provide feedback on, tailoring content to meet each client's unique marketing needs.
Digital & Social Media Campaign Support
    • Plan, create, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns tailored to individual client events, creating and distributing ad samples, and sending post-event ad performance reports.
    • Track adoption trends and manage client-specific "Text to Adopt" campaigns using Slick Text, providing clients with ongoing updates and performance metrics.
Competitive candidates will submit resumes that demonstrate:
    • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, etc.) for creating visually compelling and on-brand materials.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, update files, and organize client materials systematically.
    • Customer-oriented mindset, willing to adapt marketing efforts to meet client-specific goals and preferences.
    • Strong communication skills across multiple channels.
    • Experience running Facebook ad campaigns, with an understanding of budgeting, targeting, and analytics.
Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in community-focused or non-profit marketing campaigns is a plus.
    • Experience developing and managing social media content, including specialized campaigns, and capable of managing multiple social accounts effectively.


$45,000 - $55,000 a year
