Responsibilities:
The Marketing Coordinator is an external-facing, key member of the marketing team who manages and produces branding requests from operators and other internal departments, as well as supports the Manager/Director with marketing campaign support. The Marketing Coordinator acts as a liaison between the marketing department, company leadership, and vendors, as needed, acting as a key point of contact.
- Work independently and collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to support events management, including, but not limited to facilitating and promoting live events and webinars, supporting in distribution of continuing education credits, managing webinar calendar; email creation, distribution, and calendar management; asset creation for a variety of promotions, including, but not limited to events, programming, and new hires.
- Works with director and other members of the marketing team to plan, execute, and track campaigns using a project management tool.
- Research, launch, and assist in creating collateral for advertising opportunities to support marketing campaigns that meet Key Performance Indicators and generate leads.
- Support content development for all marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, advertising, websites, email marketing, and social media.
- Fulfill and project manage requests from Clinical Outreach, Payer Relations, and other internal departments to deliver branding and marketing assets
- Manage vendor relationships, such as mailing and printing
- Produce marketing campaign reporting.
- Strategize and problem solve to handle day-to-day requests with autonomy and initiative.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related field with a strong sense of branding, messaging, content proliferation, and a keen eye for detail required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel reporting capabilities; exposure to Newport Healthcare specific systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and project management systems.
- Demonstrated impeccable written, verbal, and communication skills. Must provide content samples.
