Job Description:

Events/Activities:
  • Logistics for programs including technical bootcamps, seminars, webcasts, sporting events, in person happy hours and relationship building activities.
  • Secure resources and venues required for each program, including technical resources, program materials, calendar invites, swag, etc.
  • Create invite kits and landing pages, manage registration, check-in, RSVP updates and build follow up recaps.
  • Upload lead lists and reporting post event.
  • Operational Coordination.
  • Create Campaigns in Salesforce, opening POs where appropriate.
  • Prepare contracts for signatures and manage contract process through to finalization.
  • Maintain and update the quarterly Field Marketing CPC where requested.
  • Update Quarterly Marketing Calendar and Activity timelines.
  • Pull Field Marketing reports from Salesforce on an as needed basis.
  • Marketing Program Coordination/Field Sales Engagement.
  • Attend Weekly/Monthly Sales Team meetings as required to provide updates and ensure awareness of upcoming programs.
  • Write design and maintain West Regional Marketing Hub.
  • Write, design and maintain individual Subregion Marketing Hubs.
  • Develop and provide reporting as requested by Field Marketing Managers and Field Sellers.
  • Serve as the IAE and SDR Liaison for West Client Field Marketing.
  • Assist where requested on ExecConnect, Connexions, POV, appt setting campaigns and other West Region marketing programs.
  • Coordinate swag orders with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery to sales, marketing and customers.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with using utilizing Sendoso, Salesforce, 6Sense, LinkedIn Navigator, Splash, Slack, Powerpoint and Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides, etc.).
  • Ability to effectively manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy and timely completion.
  • Sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Detailed oriented, specifically spelling and grammar proficiency, proofreading invitation copy, accuracy in written communications.
  • Preference given to applicants located in the Pacific/Mountain/Central time zone.
