Our Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing efforts for two specialized neurological medical clinics.
The first clinic is a leading-edge diagnostic services company specializing in comprehensive vestibular testing. As an industry leader in vestibular diagnostics, this clinic provides a fully staffed and operational vestibular testing platform directly within physicians' offices. By managing the operational aspects of the program, they enable their clients to focus entirely on clinical care, delivering seamless and efficient diagnostic solutions.
The second clinic is dedicated to the care of patients with traumatic brain injuries (TBI). Supported by a team of board-certified medical experts, the clinic focuses on developing innovative diagnostic solutions and personalized care plans for TBI patients. Their compassionate, patient-centered approach ensures that each individual receives customized care tailored to their unique needs.

Job Summary
The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote a company's brand, products, or services. This position involves overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong creative skills, excellent leadership capabilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer insights.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in medical field preferred.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in marketing management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex challenges.
