In our vibrant marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role, weaving together captivating proposals that truly embody our brand. With guidance from the Graphic Design Manager, this role works closely with project teams to create timely, unique, and visually appealing proposals that capture the essence of our brand's spirit.
Main responsibilities include:
- Translate the essence of our brand into visually stunning proposal submittals.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design Manager, ensuring content aligns with brand standards.
- Utilize Adobe programs for layout design, creating visual schedules, diagrams, and enhancing imagery.
- Offer support in crafting diverse marketing materials as per requirements.
- Spearhead the preparation of proposal submittals, orchestrating seamless coordination.
- Collate and refine content from internal team members and external consultants, maintaining a comprehensive database.
- Manage internal schedules, streamline proposal team assignments, and oversee the review process to meet stringent deadlines.
- Infuse written content with compelling narratives, elevating the storytelling and strategic essence of proposal efforts.
- Actively support the marketing team, offering assistance where required.
- Uphold the integrity of the Marketing server, project database, photography filing, and proposal content masters.
Our ideal candidate has these skills and experience:
- Preferred background in Marketing, Mass Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated flair for graphic design.
- Aptitude for strategic thinking, adept at unraveling graphic challenges and scrutinizing design effectiveness.
- A penchant for storytelling, with a knack for weaving engaging narratives.
- Strong communicator and leader, steering teams towards triumphant outcomes.
- Meticulous organization and an eye for detail.
- Poise under pressure, excelling at multitasking within tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and open-minded, receptive to feedback and collaborative solutions.
