The marketing coordinator assists and supports the Marketing Department with promotions and events at client locations by performing various duties to support customers' visits and/or events.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Notifies winners via e-mail and phone and coordinates prize awards

- Assist with planning and preparation of promotions and advertising materials

- Documents patron participation including names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses

- Assists with the set up and display of advertising items

- Assists as needed at special events

- Works closely with the entire PSG team to drive results and assist in many key areas: ordering and tracking of promotional items, submission and payment of invoices, inputting of data into support programs, and the tracking and filing of agreements & contracts

- Works closely with Director of Marketing, Director of Operations and VP of Marketing to support Account Managers and Sales personnel with their marketing and promotional needs in the field

- Light clerical work to include but not limited to; envelope stuffing, filing, faxing, and copying

- Work in conjunction with other departments on an as needed basis

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 years of age

- High school diploma or GED required; two years of customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Marketing experience preferred

- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner

- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)

- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred

- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat preferred

- Basic understanding of App functionality a plus
