Position Overview
The Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications, will support the company’s events, social media activities, and other marketing work as needed. The individual will collaborate with fellow marketing colleagues, other company personnel, and external vendors to support marketing activities such as events, social media, and website updates. The individual must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, supporting and managing diverse projects, and comfortable utilizing modern marketing and business automation tools.

The position is in Irvine, CA, at the company’s headquarters. Requires coming into the office 2 days per week and the rest are working from home.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of professional work experience
• Experience with Canva
• Experience with LinkedIn
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally within the company and with external vendors
• Ability to learn quickly with a result-driven mentality
• Aptitude for technology such as CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Competency in MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Thrives in a fast-paced, highly productive, and collaborative environment
Essential Functions
· Organize company events including registration, set-up, shipping, materials, and equipment
· Create and maintain company social media postings and manage platforms
· Update the company website with copy, content, graphic, and edits
· Support marketing programs and campaigns under the direction of the Director of Marketing or Marketing Programs Managers
· Maintain promotional materials inventory for all offices
· Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
• Requires prolonged period of sitting, with occasional standing
• Continuous use of computers and other office equipment
• Occasionally required to lift, carry, push or pulling and/or move up to 10-25 lbs.
• The ability to travel maybe required for key events

Pay range for this position: $62,906 - $81,076
