As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and support of marketing- and sales focused initiatives, including but not limited to qualifications, proposals, project profiles, direct mailings, tradeshow support, presentations, market-specific collateral, project photography and videography, headshots, and updating the client database and digital asset management system.

Additionally, you will team with other Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team members on projects such as advertising, special events, and updating digital platforms (i.e., websites and SharePoint).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field.
  • Two to five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and self-motivated with ability to prioritize projects.
  • Ability to perform market research.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team.
  • Prefer marketing experience in one of the following industries: architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Knowledge of business, CRM, digital, and graphic design software.
  • Understanding SOQ/proposal production, including digital and printing/binding.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Well-developed graphic eye.
  • Ability to work well with diverse types of personalities and work styles.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Planned and proactive approaches to projects and the ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high quality standards.
  • Must be able to prioritize, function effectively as part of a team under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating an enthusiastic "can do" attitude.
  • Knowledge of software, and technologies for developing client presentations and other communications.
