The Care for Business Marketing team is in search of a Marketing Associate who will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, measurement, and reporting of integrated marketing and sales support initiatives. This individual will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Creative, and CRM teams to ensure the successful creation and use of marketing assets and campaigns to drive brand and business goals.
The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, proactive, a solid communicator, and possess excellent project management skills. Salary: $70,000
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

What You'll Do:
- Closely own campaign performance measurement and effective presentation of findings with marketing leadership to incorporate into CfB readouts
- Work with Account Managers to facilitate customer approvals prior to launching campaigns, develop and QC lists for campaign deployments with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with CRM teams on email list development and targeting parameters
- Assist in onboarding of new vendors as needed
- Triage new work requests against organization and team priorities
- Facilitate reviews and approvals of work moving through the department
- Develop detailed project plans to facilitate execution of work, gain buy-in, set expectations, hold internal and external parties accountable to deadlines
- Assist in basic hands-on graphical / branding or text customization for clients as-needed
- Ensure asset libraries are up-to-date and latest materials are disseminated
- 2+ years marketing experience, preferably with a focus on multi-channel marketing
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to analyze campaign results and communicate key insights
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, product, and/or sales teams
- Experience writing requirements or briefs to facilitate execution
- Critical thinker with strong project management skills
- Organized with an ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once
- Plus, but not required:
- Experience with Google applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Jira, Asana, Canva, Highspot, Wordpress, Tableau, Iterable, Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Photoshop
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
