POSITION SUMMARY

Achieves and maintains rapport with internal and external customers and works to provide the best possible service to support marketing and assist sales.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Skills & Abilities:
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Perform all tasks and follow-up with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create results driven, team-oriented environment
  • Analytical skills are paramount.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills including ability to speak effectively in front of large groups of people.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Level of Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Sales, Advertising, Business, or related fields

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that must be performed on the job.
  • Provide support to marketing managers in the development and sales support of one or more marketing segments.
  • Provide support to marketing and sales through continuous communication.
  • Understand product and competitor information.
  • Manage marketing tools, literature, and presentations.
  • Support regional and national trade shows.
  • Manage trade show materials and handling.
  • Support management of company merchandise.
  • Assemble and deliver new hire items.
  • Support training team during on site meetings.
  • Provide support to cross-functional teams.
  • Understand basic budget management principles.
  • Support promotional marketing activities and events.
  • Provide data analysis by inspecting, cleansing, and modeling information to support decision making.
  • Data mining and aggregation of information and business intelligence to support sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide unparalleled sales support by answering questions/resolving account manager/customer questions.
  • Accountable for all record keeping as appropriate and in accordance with AirLife specifications.
  • Other general and specified duties may be assigned, consistent with the company's goals, objectives and interests.
