Specific Responsibilities Would Include
The Marketing Manager is a strategic and creative thinker responsible for elevating the Jennifer Fisher brand’s visibility. This role will manage PR initiatives, oversee an influencer strategy linked to measurable growth KPIs, and lead the development and execution of partnerships and collaborations, including wholesale partnerships. This position demands a dynamic individual with expertise in public relations, influencer marketing, and strategic partnerships.
PR & Influencer Strategy
- Manage external PR agency, working closely with them to identify and execute relevant PR opportunities, placements, and initiatives.
- Develop and oversee press strategies to secure impactful placements across top-tier print, digital, and social platforms.
- Build and implement an influencer strategy designed to drive growth and brand awareness, with alignment to performance marketing KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, influencers, and stylists to amplify brand visibility.
- Oversee sample trafficking and gifting efforts to ensure timely execution and strategic alignment.
- Work with external agency to lead the execution of brand events, including in-store activations, to drive engagement, press coverage, and foot traffic.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of event logistics, guest list curation, and post-event coverage.
Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and assess partnership opportunities that enhance brand equity and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies for partnerships and collaborations, including wholesale partnerships.
- Serve as the marketing lead for collaborative projects, managing the process from ideation to execution and ensuring seamless communication.
- Coordinate press and marketing launches for collaborations, including events, third-party brand initiatives, and wholesale partner campaigns.
Content & Communications
- Craft compelling press releases and media materials that align with the brand’s messaging and goals.
- Maintain and optimize editorial and influencer content archives, ensuring SEO alignment and regular updates.
- Oversee the creation of guest lists, press kits, and event assets, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Track and analyze PR and influencer campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
Leadership & Coordination
- Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to stay informed about company initiatives and share relevant updates with the marketing team.
- Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar that includes press events, product launches, and collaborations, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Manage budgets for campaigns, events, gifting, and partnerships in collaboration with the manager.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or influencer relations within fashion, jewelry, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in executing PR, influencer, and partnership campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong editorial sensibility.
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools such as Shopify, ShopMy, Impact or ShareASale is a plus.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $82,000
At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
