Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Bay Area - 5 Days Onsite
Essential Functions
- Key promotional activities and responsibilities include development and oversight of promotional materials, including Personal Promotion & Non-Personal Promotion for consumers.
- Included in the scope will be adapting the brand's strategy/tactics leveraging insights, agency management, and marketing budget management.
- Submitting new promotional materials for MLR review, managing expiration dating of existing materials.
- Compiling digital analytics for cross-department reports.
- Working closely with agency partners to evaluate metrics and quickly pivot when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of marketing experience on the client or agency side.
- 2+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated industry marketing experience.
- Experience with digital tactics such as social, web, paid media.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with both internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and senior management.
- Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills, including understanding metrics/KPIs, and the ability to interpret and draw conclusions from data.
- Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated consistent track record of success in project management and producing results as a team and individual contributor.
- Experience working within appropriate regulatory guidelines to successfully design and execute tactics, programs and tools that achieve business objectives.
- Experience managing agencies, consulting firms and/or other vendors preferred.
