We are currently searching for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to support our Southeast Region located in Atlanta, GA.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting the team with winning new business by supporting the proposal development process
  • Developing, writing, editing, and proofreading project descriptions, staff resumes, and marketing collateral
  • Updating information in project descriptions/resumes/proposals/qualifications for use in proposals
  • Proofreading proposal materials and providing quality control checks
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree - liberal arts or marketing
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the AEC industry
  • Experience in supporting proposal development in response to owner RFPs/RFQs, especially in the transportation engineering field, a plus
  • Aptitude for managing multiple, concurrent tasks and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to write clearly and succinctly with a high-level of accuracy, using proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Must be detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; graphics skills and programs a plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Deltek is strongly desired
