Job Overview:
CorDx Inc. is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Media Manager to spearhead the personal branding and digital presence of our President. The ideal candidate will focus on building a strong online presence for the President, increasing their followers, enhancing their influence, and establishing them as a prominent thought leader. By achieving these goals, the Digital Media Manager will amplify CorDx Inc.'s visibility and reputation across the global healthcare and biotech sectors.
Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Brand Development: Develop and execute a cohesive digital strategy to position the President as a leading influencer and thought leader in biotechnology, diagnostics, and innovation.
- Content Creation and Management: Create high-quality, engaging, and diverse content (e.g., posts, blogs, videos, podcasts) tailored to the President’s personality, professional expertise, and audience interests.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the President's presence across social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok), ensuring consistent messaging and tone.
- Audience Engagement: Build a highly engaged online community by responding to comments, initiating discussions, and leveraging analytics to understand audience preferences and behavior.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with other influencers, thought leaders, and industry professionals to amplify the President’s reach and credibility.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, content reach) and continuously optimize strategies for improvement.
- Event Promotion: Leverage the President’s digital platforms to promote speaking engagements, product launches, and other company initiatives.
- Crisis Management: Monitor online reputation and handle any PR challenges proactively to maintain a positive and professional image.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital media management, marketing, or a similar role,
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Social media platforms, Video editor , etc.).
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid ads, email, and websites.
- Excellent content creation skills with the ability to adapt technical language for different audiences (scientists, healthcare professionals, general public).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and web analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize digital campaigns based on performance insights.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends in the biotech space.
