We are currently seeking a Media Assets Coordinator to join our team in Novi, MI. The Media Assets Coordinator will manage all digital media assets to ensure brand consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role involves developing a centralized system for media management, collaborating with departments, and coordinating with external suppliers to streamline processes and maximize efficiency across the organization.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Implement standardized metadata tagging and naming conventions for easy retrieval.
  • Generate audit reports for media asset.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media asset needs across all departments.
  • Manage user permissions and provide easy access to assets for internal and external partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers providing media assets.
  • Vet and approve incoming media assets to ensure alignment with company standards and guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for smooth collaboration.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all media assets.
  • Regularly update the DAM system and responsibly archive outdated materials.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in asset workflows.
  • Provide analytics and insights on asset usage to inform strategic decisions.


Desired Background:

  • Proven experience in digital asset management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with DAM systems
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
